Well Hello Ladies! I have found out some new info on breaking  out in a sweat.... I was keeping track of the foods I was eating along  with my symptoms to see what made my hot-flashes worse than usual.  I  found fried meat or just plain sausage to be a real enemy of mine. Who  knew?  I couldn't believe it but its true!  Grape jelly sets me on fire  immediately. The sugar really is a sure trigger!  My skin stings  & turns very red. So sad to say I have to cut out those favorite  foods but its worth it. Once something would trigger these mean  hot-flashes it lasts all night long.
Now for soaps &  lotions. I noticed when I would use creamy soaps or lotions I would have  more hot-flashes.  I dont know why but it surely affects my sweating.  My daughter sent me a gentle body wash & I can use Johnson's  baby-bath. Use the light soaps easy to rinse off. It helps more than you  know.
